Spec's Shipping Policy
  • You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcoholic beverages. By placing your order you have represented to Spec's that you are at least 21.
  • All alcoholic beverages delivered must be received by an adult of legal drinking age. If rescheduled so that a person of legal drinking age may accept delivery, additional delivery charges will apply.
  • Alcoholic Beverages may only be delivered in Texas to those areas licensed for such sales.
  • Many states do not allow shipments of alcoholic beverages, however we are able to ship non-alcoholic products to all states.
  • We offer four shipping options:
    • Local Delivery - Fort Bend, Harris, Jefferson, and Montgomery counties
    • Ground Service - approximately 2 to 5 business days in transit after order is processed
    • 2nd Day Air - 2 business days in transit after order is processed
    • Next Day Air - 1 business day in transit after order is processed
  • 1% of the total purchase price will automatically be added to your order to cover any breakage or loss that may occur. If you choose to decline this coverage, you relieve Spec's Liquors of any and all responsibility for any breakage or loss.
  • We are very sensitive to the damage heat can cause wine. From May to October we suggest next day air delivery. We will ship your product in pristine condition, but Spec's will not be responsible for heat damage during transit.
  • Shipping charges are based on distance and weight. The average weight of a case of wine, packed for shipping, is approximately 50 pounds. Actual shipping costs will be confirmed with you when your order is processed
  • All orders will be confirmed via email or phone and processed within 2 business days. Once confirmed, orders will be shipped as per your instructions.
