Tequila Lime Grilled Chicken


3 tbsp El Amo Premium Silver Tequila
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lime zest (2 limes)
4 cloves garlic, minced
1¼ tsp ancho chili powder
½ tsp ground coriander
¼ tsp dried oregano
1¼ tsp salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp honey
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded to an even ½-inch thickness


Combine all ingredients except for chicken in a one-gallon freezer bag. Seal and press marinade around to mix. Add chicken and massage marinade into meat until evenly coated. Seal and place in a bowl in the refrigerator. Marinate for at least 6 hours. When ready to serve, grill chicken on high for 2-3 minutes per side (turn once). Enjoy!
