Sandwich of the Week
Makers Cajun Grilled Shrimp
1-1/2 to 2 pounds large shrimp, peeled (tail left on) and deveined
1/3 cup Maker's Mark Gourmet Sauce
3 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon white wine
2 teaspoons garlic salt
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
Mix above ingredients; place shrimp in dish and cover with marinade; refrigerate 2 hours.
Remove shrimp and thread on skewers; reserve marinage.
Place shrimp on Grill, cover and cook about 4 inches from medium coals.
Turn and brush shrimp with marinade 3 times, until shrimp is pink, 6 to 10 minutes. Serves 4.
Warmed Angus corned beef, sauerkraut, melted Swiss cheese and Russian dressing on dark pumpernickel. A customer fave!
